Precision Watering Where Sprinklers Can’t Reach

Traditional sprinklers are great for grass, but they often miss the details. Our system bridges that gap, focusing on the areas that define a cabin’s character.  We understand that not every cabin setup is the same, the 6 watering zones are flexible, customizable, and can be easily reconfigured: swap a container zone for additional garden space or adjust layout based on your changing landscape. Everything is designed to adapt to your property.

1. Foundation Beds & Hedgerows

  • Coverage - Each Zone: Up to 100 linear feet of perimeter beds, shrubs, and walkway plantings.

  • The Advantage: Unlike traditional soaking that can oversaturate soil near your structure, we use short, controlled cycles. You get optimal moisture for plant health without water buildup near your cabin's foundation.

2. Plant Containers & Pots

  • Capacity - Each Zone: Waters up to 30 containers (ranging from 6” to 36”).

  • Precision Emitters: We scale the water delivery based on pot size to ensure even watering across all container sizes.

    • e.g.,1 emitter for small pots, up to 4 for large planters

  • Deck Protection: Includes optional overflow protection to prevent water from staining or draining onto your decks and patios.

3. Hanging Baskets

  • Capacity - Each Zone: Up to 10 baskets on porches or in the yard.

  • Clean Delivery: Tuned specifically to deliver consistent moisture while preventing the messy runoff and dripping often associated with manual watering.

4. Raised Beds & Gardens

  • Coverage - Each Zone: Up to (2) 4’ x 12’ raised beds or 100 square feet of garden space.

  • Deep-Soak Logic: We use intervals that allow for better soil penetration and healthier root systems, meaning less wasted water and better harvests.

 
Smart Watering, Without the Complexity

We’ve replaced "smart home" complexity with intuitive, purpose-built controls. You don’t need to be a programmer to use our system; you simply select your Soil Moisture Level and Zone Type. Our custom control logic handles the rest.

  • Self-Monitoring: The system automatically detects leaks or clogs and alerts you before your plants are at risk.

  • The Irrigation Panel: A clean, compact (12”x12”) weatherproof enclosure houses all valves and the controller. Connections are tucked on the bottom for a tidy look and quick seasonal setup.

  • Winterization Made Easy: Designed for Minnesota winters. Our built-in quick-connect port allows you to blow out the lines with a standard air compressor in minutes—no waiting for lines to drain or worrying about freeze damage.
